We can only make changes when we are aware of what it is we are currently doing. If the body is numb, low energy, collapsed, how are we doing those things? Is there something you would prefer to do instead? How do you do that?!
Clarity
If we have been doing something automatically for a long time, it might take a moment to shift that. The way to help that along is to keep having a clear goal about what you wanna do. This is why we start with the One Thing (you have been putting off) as a way to get started.
